Below you will find almost all of my favorite things. I have tried to put links to each product I have personally tested to let you birds know if it is something you should bother asking your human for. I have also included other information for your humans and yourselves. Like what can be dangerous in your homes that you should stay away from. I also included a list of good vets in the northeast area. Not that I like going to the vet guys....but if you have to go - you might as well go to a good one right?
My Favorite Foods!
My absolute favorite place to get my food from is Avian Naturals. They have the good stuff there with no artifical colors, flavors, perservatives. No sulfar is used in drying the fruits. Nothing but the good stuff the way nature intended it is in this cage mix. They also have some of my favorite cooked foods and treats! http://www.aviannaturals.com. This food is about 40% of what I eat in a day. I like this stuff in my cups on the playgym as well as my bowls in my condo. I get fresh stuff everyday.
Sometimes I like to crunch on a few pellets. I only eat about half of what is given to me, and those crunchies only make up about 30% of my food. I like the natural kind of pellets. The ones that are just plain. You can get your humans to pick these up for you at just about any good pet store. Several companies make these pellets, and most now are getting rid of all that artifical color and other junk. Some of the higher end companies are going totally holistic and organic! These foods can only be purchased on the web though. Maybe someday soon our local pet stores will carry the good stuff too to make it easier on our humans.
The rest of my diet is organic fresh fruits and veggies, some grains, lots of greens, and some beans. I also mooch off of my humans plate at dinner.
My Favorite Toys
These toys are must haves. Some of these my human fills with goodies! Sometimes with my favorite nuts and sometimes greens. Boy I will tell you it took me awhile to figure out some of these toys. It took all my foot & beak coordination to open some, then when I finally got it open my treats fell to the floor! I am much more careful now. But I get 'em open and get my treats now!

Vets
Here is a pretty good list of Vets in our area. I have not personally been to all of these. My vet is from the Animal Hospital of Gilbertsville. Dr. C is pretty cool :-)
